Nice to meet you! I'm Elies Thijs, multidisciplinary designer from the Netherlands. For the past ten years I have worked mainly in fashion & textiles as a creative do-it-all (in-house and as a freelancer). I have been responsible for both conceptualizing and creating collections, products or visual identities for brands, always taking the extra step to deliver unique, thoughtful & qualitative design.

In my work I like to tell a visual story through illustration, graphic design and photography. I usually start out with hand-drawn or painted work and finalize this digitally. Next to this I have a never ending curiosity, I love to learn new skills and research color, ancient and modern arts & crafts to implement in my work to evolve constantly as a designer. I believe in-depth knowledge leads to relevant and future proof design.
